About Us
Built by people who have lived the problems it solves.
Our story
SyteSense was built by people who have lived the problems it solves. Our three founders come from complementary corners of the industry. One spent years on the ground in commercial and residential construction, one brings the discipline of a civil engineer, and one specialises in software development tools. Together, Sebastian, Kai and Will came around a simple conviction: the construction industry deserves software that answers the real challenges it faces today. Not generic tools bolted on from the outside, but solutions shaped by people who understand the work firsthand.
That belief has become a company. What started as three founders solving real problems has grown into a team of more than twenty software developers, and we’re still growing. Alongside our core team, we partner with talented software developers in offshore locations, giving us the reach and momentum to keep building, iterating, and delivering for the people who depend on us.
What We Stand For
Transparency
We believe honesty is the foundation of every good partnership. We're open about how our software works, what it costs, and the value it delivers. No hidden surprises, just straight answers.
Helping companies save
Nothing motivates us more than watching a client cut waste, tighten their margins, and get more done for less. When our software saves a company real money, that's a win we take personally.
Advancing the industry
We love seeing construction move forward, and we believe the best advances come from the people who hold the keys to how the work actually gets done. Construction today lives at the intersection of ever-changing software and time-tested traditional tools, and we're proud to build for the professionals navigating that reality in real time.
Our commitment
At SyteSense, we’re not building for the industry from a distance. We’re building from inside it, with the people who know it best.
